HCM CITY — Vietjet on Wednesday started selling tickets for flights during the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tết) in 2019.
Vietjet will also launch new routes while increasing flights on operating ones to serve the growth of traveling demands during the Tết holiday, the airline said in a statement.
On the same day, the airline launched three promotional golden days between now and Friday with 2.6 million tickets priced from zero đồng on its official website www.vietjetair.com.
These discounted tickets, which are available from noon to 2pm, will apply for all domestic and international routes of Vietjet and Thai Vietjet – a joint venture between Vietjet and Thai airline Kan Air.
The airline said the flight period for Vietnamese and Thai domestic routes is from October 15, 2018 to March 30, 2019 while the flight period for international routes is from October 15, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
Notably, the flight time for the Hà Nội – Osaka route is from November 8 2018 to March 30, 2019; HCM City – Osaka route is from December 14, 2018 to March 30, 2019, Hà Nộii – Tokyo route is from January 11 to March 30, 2019 and the flight time for Hà Nội – Taichung route is from October 15, 2018 to March 30, 2019. — VNS
