Victoria Village developed by Novaland in District 2. — VNS Photo

HCM CITY — Housing developer Novaland Group has unveiled a unique promotion programme for customers buying apartments in its Victoria Village project in District 2.

Until the apartments are handed over to them in 20 months’ time, buyers can live in an apartment in The Sun Avenue, another of its projects in District 2.

Besides, they can pay 1 per cent a month until they get possession after making a down payment starting from VNĐ450 million (US$19,700).

Victoria Village is situated between Đồng Văn Cống, Trương Văn Bang, Lâm Quang Ky, and Nguyễn Mộng Tuân streets in an area where infrastructure is set to get a major upgrade in the form of the new Thời Đại and Cát Lái Bridges.

It has over 1,000 apartments with sizes ranging from 48sq.m to 89sq.m besides 92 houses and villas.

Its amenities will include a gym, kids’ playing yard and a 5,000sq.m park. — VNS
