HÀ NỘI — State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) will sell 673,256 shares, or 47.23 per cent of charter capital, of Điện Biên General Services and Travel Trading Joint Stock Company.

Accordingly, from June 28 to July 6, SCIC will sell shares at the agreed price of VNĐ68,200 (US$3) per share (6.82 times higher than the par value).

Earlier, SCIC planned an auction of all its shares at the starting price of VNĐ68,200 per share. However, the auction was not successful.

Điện Biên General Services and Travel Trading Joint Stock Company has charter capital of more than VNĐ14 billion, operating in the wholesale food and passenger transport segment. — VNS
