HÀ NỘI – Real estate investor A&B Group has appointed Unicons, a member of Cotectcon Group, the general contractor for its hotel and trade centre complex project in the central city of Nha Trang.
The A&B Central Square project, located on 9,000sq.m. of coastal Trần Phú Street, will have 36 floors, providing space for 484 five-star hotel units, an office area for rent and a trade centre, which includes a food court and cineboxes.
According to the schedule, the trade centre will become operational in the first quarter of 2018 and the whole project will be completed in the fourth quarter.
According to real estate services provider Savills Vietnam, tourists to Khánh Hòa Province and its capital city have been increasing and are expected to reach 7.2 million in 2020. The province will, by the year, need additional hotel rooms to satisfy demand.
A&B Group developed and has been managing office building A&B on 76A Lê Lợi Street, District 1 in HCM City. Its other five-star projects include the Anantara Mũi Né Resort & Spa, Nam Nghi Resort on Phú Quốc Island and Gia Hân Ecological Resort Nha Trang. — VNS
