Phú Quốc is a modern and luxurious tourist destination that has captivated the hearts of people from all corners of the globe, and the opportunity to camp overnight on the top of Tiên Sơn Đỉnh mountain is a big draw for adventure enthusiasts.
Tiên Sơn Đỉnh, situated in the Rạch Hàm Hamlet of Hàm Ninh Commune in the island district of Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang Province, is a must-visit location for those who seek the thrill of climbing mountains and conquering new heights.
The mountain, which stands tall at the end of the Hàm Ninh mountain range, towers 500m above sea level and is located 10km to the east of Phú Quốc's Dương Đông Ward. Don't miss the chance to experience the exhilaration of reaching the summit of Tiên Sơn Đỉnh, the crown jewel of Phú Quốc.

Conning the mountain peak takes around 1.5 hours, with many steep sections under ancient canopies, which are nestled beside giant rocks covered with green moss and ferns.
Although the road to the peak is dangerous, it attracts more and more tourists to discover. However, visitors need local guides to show them the way - do not go alone!
According to trekker Nguyễn Minh Đức, people must complete three stages to climb to the top. Stage one is from the foot of the mountain to a large banyan tree.
It takes about 25-35 minutes.
The banyan’s roots and branches spread like tentacles over a big boulder on the forest floor, creating a natural climbing wall. It’s great fun to try different ‘ascents’ of the tree and swing from the vines. Here, visitors can rest, take pictures and enjoy some wild berries.

The next stage is from the old banyan tree to the steep cliff. The trek gets steeper and more rugged. Sometimes it requires wooden ladders to overcome the complicated terrain. Visitors should watch their steps because a wrong foot here would result in a painful fall.
The rainforest is very beautiful and clean, with almost no trash around.
And the last leg is from the cliff to the top of the mountain. It takes about 25-35 minutes.
“Trekking on Tiên Sơn Đỉnh is a journey to conquer your limits, leave the hustle and bustle of the city, weave through the branches and leaves, feel the world around you, the sun and the wind to return to nature,” Đức said.
Nguyễn Việt Anh, a tourist from HCM City, said: "It is great to conquer Tiên Sơn Đỉnh. Standing on high, stretching my arms to breathe in the fresh air, listening to the birdsong, I feel light and relaxed.”
From the top of the mountain, looking down to cover a vast land and sea, the blue colour of the mountains, the sea, and the sky is like a peaceful and poetic picture. At this time, visitors feel all fatigue disappear.

Anna Phạm, who lives in HCM City, said: “For me, climbing, exploring and experiencing is also a way to regenerate positive energy after working hours. Every time I go to the top of Tiên Sơn Đỉnh, all the fatigue disappears."
Like Anna, many tourists also set up tents to stay overnight here to watch the moon and catch the first rays of sunlight in the early morning, enjoying all the beautiful scenery at the top of the mountain.
When trekking Tiên Sơn Đỉnh, visitors should wear long-sleeved clothes, climbing shoes, and a hat, and prepare enough food and drink for the journey.
