HÀ NỘI — The Việt Nam Tennis Federation (VTF) Junior Tour 2 is scheduled to start in the southern province of Sóc Trăng on June 27.

The event will attract the participation of more than 200 players from 20 teams across the country including Ninh Thuận, Bắc Giang, Cà Mau, Kiên Giang, Đà Nẵng and Vĩnh Phúc.

Players will compete in age groups for men’s and women’s singles and doubles.

The event will include outstanding young players such as Tất Thái Nguyên and Trần Tiến Thịnh, champions of the boys’ U18 doubles at the VTF Junior Tour 4 – 2018.

The event, which is part of the VTF’s series for young athletes in the country, is co-organised by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, National Sports Administration and the VTF. — VNS
