Việt Nam’s football squad have fallen two places from a month earlier, ranking 133rd with 231 points in the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA) rankings announced on July 6.

HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam’s football squad have fallen two places from a month earlier, ranking 133rd with 231 points in the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA) rankings announced on July 6.

The points place the country in the 23rd position in Asia and the third in Southeast Asia, behind the Philippines and Thailand. In Asia, the top three positions belong to Iran, Australia and Japan, respectively.

Globally, Germany take the lead, followed by Brazil and Argentina. — VNS
