HÀ NỘI — Striker Trần Việt Phương won the 2016 Golden Ball award for amateur footballers in the northern region.

He received the title at an awards gala on Thursday in Hà Nội.

26-year-old Phương plays for many teams such as DTS, Top Group and Ecofoot.

The silver ball award went to Trần Phú Đạo of PSA and Phan Anh Tuấn of EOC won the bronze ball award.
