HÀ NAM — Phong Phú Hà Nam won the National Women's U19 Football Championship on Tuesday at their home ground of Hà Nam Stadium.

The hosts defeated Sơn La 3-0 in the last match of the tournament. 

Lưu Hoàng Vân netted the opener after 20 minutes. Three minutes later Vũ Thị Hòa doubled the lead with a banana-shaped free kick into the right high far corner of goalkeeper Anh Đào's net.

The third goal went to Nguyễn Phương Anh three minutes after the break. 

Earlier, Việt Nam Coal and Minerals beat Thái Nguyên T&T 3-1.

After 10 rounds, Hà Nam topped the ranking table with 28 points after nine wins and one draw, recording a undefeated championship title.

They secured a big bonus of VNĐ100 million.

Hà Nộ came second with 17 points and HCM City were at third on 13 points.

Sơn La won the fair-play award.

Ngọc Minh Chuyên of Thái Nguyên was top scorer with nine goals. 

Hà Nam's Nguyễn Phương Thảo was best goalkeeper and captain Vũ Thị Hoa was the most valuable player. VNS
