Cà Mau residents hand over warheads after explosion

Two residents in Trần Văn Thời Town in the southernmost province of Cà Mau have contacted local authorities and handed over two warheads after a bomb exploded and killed three people in the neighbourhood on Monday.

This year’s winter comes earlier than the last five years

 The National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting has reported that this year’s winter will come earlier than it has over the last five years. The dry season in the south is less severe while the Central Highlands and south-central region may face drought.
