HÀ NỘI — Teacher Lê Trầm Phương Thanh from the southern province of Đồng Tháp won the top prize in a writing contest titled “Role Models Studying and Following President Hồ Chí Minh”.

The award ceremony took place on Friday in Hà Nội, also honouring Trần Lệ Nguyễn Lam Phương, 43, from Ngô Gia Tự High School, Ea Kar District, in the Central Highlands province of Đắk Lắk.
