HÀ NỘI — Twenty-nine patients with COVID-19 were given the all-clear and released from treatment facilities in central Đà Nẵng City and Thừa Thiên-Huế Province on Tuesday.
They bring the total number of successfully treated patients in Việt Nam to 526.
They include 23 patients in Đà Nẵng and six in Thừa Thiên-Huế.
Of the patients in Đà Nẵng, four patients (Patient 505, Patient 757, Patient 766 and Patient 784) are undergoing kidney dialysis treatment at the Hòa Vang Medical Centre in Đà Nẵng. They will be transferred to Đà Nẵng Dermatology Hospital for further kidney treatment.
All the remaining patients will continue to be quarantined at home by local health authorities for 14 days according to pandemic prevention regulations.
Currently, 76 patients with COVID-19 have recovered from new outbreaks in Đà Nẵng City since July 25. — VNS
