Thirty more COVID-19 patients given all-clear

Thirty more patients with COVID-19 have made a full recovery and were released from treatment facilities in Hà Nội and Quảng Nam on Tuesday.

HÀ NỘI — Thirty more patients with COVID-19 have made a full recovery and were released from treatment facilities in Hà Nội and Quảng Nam on Tuesday.

The recovered patients have lifted the country’s total recoveries to 497.

They include 11 patients in Quảng Nam Province and 19 in Hà Nội.

Five patients were discharged from Quảng Nam Central General Hospital on Tuesday morning including Patient 433, Patient 463, Patient 834, Patient 773, Patient 622 and six patients from Quảng Nam Regional General Hospital (Patient 519, Patient 549, Patient 563, Patient 564, Patient 551 and Patient 616).

On the same day, the Central Tropical Hospital in Hà Nội also discharged 19 patients with COVID-19, of which 18 patients returned to Việt Nam from Equatorial Guinea and one returned from Bangladesh.

They include: Patient 364, Patient 527, Patient 528, Patient 529, Patient 530, Patient 531, Patient 532, Patient 533, Patient 534, Patient 535, Patient 538, Patient 539, Patient 540, Patient 541, Patient 542, Patient 543, Patient 545, Patient 546 and Patient 670.

All are now in stable health and have tested negative for the coronavirus at least three times.

These patients will continue to be quarantined at home by local health authorities for 14 days according to pandemic prevention regulations.

As of Tuesday morning, the Ministry of Health had reported a total of 983 COVID-19 cases, with 25 deaths. — VNS
