YÊN BÁI — A driver who fled the scene of a road accident in which two people died is being hunted by police.

The crash happened on Wednesday evening on the Nội Bài-Lào Cai Highway in Văn Yên District in the northern province of Yên Bái.

Two lorries collided during heavy rain and two people travelling in truck both died instantly.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident and looking for the driver who ran away immediately after the crash. — VNS
