One more coronavirus patient recovers in Ninh Bình, total at 177

 HÀ NỘI — One more patient has recovered from the coronavirus and been discharged from the Ninh Bình General Hospital on Thursday evening, lifting the total number of COVID-19 recovered patients in Việt Nam to 177.

The patient number 211, female, 22, Vietnamese nationality, was studying in the US. She returned to Hà Nội on March 20 and was sent to the hospital on March 29.

During treatment at the hospital’s Department of Infectious Diseases, the patient was tested many times and all tests came back negative for SARS-CoV-2. She currently has no cough, no fever, no breathing difficulties and is in a stable condition. She will continue to be isolated and monitored for the next 14 days.

The Ninh Bình General Hospital is currently treating eight patients for COVID-19.

There are currently 91 patients, making up 34 per cent of the total COVID-19 confirmed patients, being treated at 13 health facilities across the country. Of which, 61 cases (67 per cent) are being treated at central hospitals, 25 cases (27.5 per cent) are being treated at provincial hospitals and four cases (4.4 per cent) are being treated at district hospitals, according to the Treatment Board - National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control. — VNS
