HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam Railway (VNR) will adjust the schedules of North – South trains from September 15, after the peak travel season.
Some train times will change by around 30 minutes.
On the Hà Nội – HCM City route, SE5 train will start in Hà Nội at 8.50am and SE6 train will start in HCM City at 8.45am everyday instead of 9am. SE9 train and SE3 train will depart from Hà Nội Railway Station at 2.25pm and 7.25pm, respectively. SE10 train and SE4 train will set off from Sài Gòn Railway Station at 2.30pm and 7.25pm, respectively.
SE21 train connecting Huế and HCM City will start at Huế Railway Station at 6.25am, 35 minutes earlier compared to the present schedule.
The Nha Trang–HCM City SNT1 train will depart from Nha Trang at 8pm; the Quy Nhơn–HCM City SNQ1 train will depart from Quy Nhơn at 1.10pm and the Phan Thiết–HCM City SPT1 train will depart from Phan Thiết at 1.20pm.
On the return route, at Sài Gòn Railway Station, the HCM City–Huế SE22 train, HCM City–Nha Trang SNT2 train, HCM City–Quy Nhơn SNQ2 train and HCM City–Phan Thiết SPT2 train will start at 11.40am, 8.30pm and 8pm and 6.40am, respectively.
Despite the schedule’s adjustment, traveling time will remain unchanged, according to VNR. — VNS
