HÀ NỘI — The Prime Minister, Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, has approved an agreement to exempt regular passport holders between Việt Nam and Chile from using visas.
Citizens of either country who hold regular passports valid for at least six months do not have to use visas if they stay not more than 90 days.
Entry must not be for the purpose of generating income.
Those who intend to stay longer than 90 days must seek permission from the receiving country.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will update all overseas offices of Việt Nam on the agreement, particularly airlines. — VNS
