FAS Angel is a group of dedicated volunteers in Hà Nội who selflessly rush to the aid of accident victims, offering support and care in moments of crisis. Led by Phạm Quốc Việt, these orange-clad heroes patrol the city streets every night, providing vital assistance and spreading safety knowledge, to make Việt Nam's roads safer for everyone.
