HCM CITY — Representatives of Shinhan Life Vietnam visited and donated 1,300 free lunch meals to families and pediatric patients undergoing treatment at the Children's Hospital on January 29.

This marks the second consecutive year that Shinhan Life Vietnam has partnered with Children's Hospital 2 in HCM City to provide food and gifts to children at the hospital.

"We hope that this small gift will bring joy to the families of the children undergoing treatment at the hospital, especially as the Tết (Lunar New Year) holiday approaches. Hopefully, in the future, we will together carry out more practical activities to share social responsibilities," said Shinhan Life Vietnam's general director Bae Seung Jun.

The donation is part of Shinhan Life Vietnam’s annual community-sharing programmes. Many employees and agents of Shinhan Life have participated in the programme in the hope of bringing more happiness to pediatric patients and their families at Children's Hospital 2.

Entering its third year of operation in Việt Nam, Shinhan Life remains focused on its business development plans in Việt Nam, contributing to its mission of enhancing the quality of life and providing protection for an increasing number of Vietnamese people. — VNS
