The ASEAN Defence Senior Officials' Meeting (ADSOM) was held via video conference on Tuesday by the Ministry of Defence, chaired by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyễn Chí Vịnh, Deputy Defence Minister, and head of Việt Nam’s ADSOM.
