Lawsonreturns to his homeland after decades of leadership experience in the logisticsindustry around the globe, covering a variety of disciplines from generalmanagement, business development and operations. In his most recent role asCountry Manager of DHL Global Forwarding India, Lawson grew the business to bean important profit contributor within the DHL Global Forwarding network and oversawmajor improvements in employee engagement that saw his team claim a Great Placeto Work® certification in 2018.

Lawson'stenure with DHL started nearly 26 years ago with rapid progression intoleadership roles across the Asia Pacific region, including heading operationsin Singapore and leading sales and marketing for the South Asia and Pacificsub-region. He takes over in Australia from industry luminary Tony Boll, whowill enter retirement after more than 50 years of service with the DeutschePost DHL Group but will continue to advise the business for the near term.
