German pianist Boris Schönleber will perform pieces written by two German composers Richard Wagner (1813-1883), Robert Schumann (1810-1856), and Austrian composer Hugo Wolf (1860-1903) at the Goethe Institute on March 12.

Kong: Skull Island premieres in theatres in Việt Nam

The film Kong: Skull Island premiered in Việt Nam’s cinemas on Thursday, a day before it hits international cinemas on March 10. 

Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts, Kong was shot in the three provinces of Ninh Bình, Quảng Ninh and Quảng Bình. This is the biggest motion picture and first Holywood movie ever to be filmed in Việt Nam.

 

Heaven and earth at Tràng An Complex

I had heard that the Tràng An complex was one of most attractive natural beauty sites in Việt Nam, but my recent trip there surpassed all expectations.
