Đà Nẵng City, a magnet for tourism, plans to welcome visitors in November. This is good news for many but some businesses are concerned about a shortage of tourism staff. Due to COVID-19, many had been forced to close and their employees were made redundant. Tourism experts say training for workers is needed for tourism to recover.

Former director of Thăng Long Water Puppet Theatre, Chu Lượng, has been recognised by the Việt Nam Guinness Book of Records for making the most puppets - around 1,000 puppets in five years. Hà Nội Mới Cuối Tuần (New Hà Nội’s Weekend) reporter Thúy Đinh spoke with Lượng about his craft.
