The Dragonfly Theatre in HCM City will stage a new play The Best Laid Plans on May 17-18 and 23-24.
The play is inspired by director Danny Boyle’s film Shallow Grave.
In the play, a group of housemates recruit two new people to share the rent. However, they are quickly faced with an unexpected dilemma: one of the housemates is discovered dead from an overdose, with over one million dollars in cash in his room.
The only thing standing in the way of mutual financial security is a dead body.
The shows will take place at 7pm at the Dance Academy at 155 Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa Street in District 1.
All proceeds will be given to the Tiny Hearts of Hope shelter.
