HÀ NỘI — The third season of the New Generation Students game show will be begin November 9 broadcast on Việt Nam National Television.

This reality TV show for university students aims to develop creative thinking and give contestants the chance to gain support and mentoring from celebrities for social projects.

Season 3 will see rapper Double2T and young artists such as Hồ Đông Quan, Cường Bạch and Wonbi, accompany the students. Double2T is winner of the third season of Rap Việt.

The show will feature eight teams selected from 50 universities across the country.

"I will introduce our project on Đông Hồ folk painting to television viewers to honour traditional culture in a new way," said student Phạm Thị Lê Dung, from Hà Nội Architecture University's Interior Department.

"One of the things I really like about the show is that this is a long-term race, so it requires perseverance from both the individual and the school. It shows our determination to carry out the project."

New Generation Students will be hosted by Khánh Vy and Quang Bảo. Both were excellent students at their university and have a positive influence on young people in the community.

Judges include Professor Trần Xuân Bách, Vice President of Việt Nam Youth Doctor Association and Trần Hoài Phương, Investment Manager in Vietnam of Wavemaker Partners.

The winning team and two second-place teams will receive cash prizes and support from the organisers to carry out their projects.
