HÀ NỘI — Miss Eco Teen 2021, Bella Vũ, has been honoured with the Youth Humanitarian Work prize as part of The Orion Star Awards 2024.
Launched in 2019, the Orion Star Awards is an annual international prize dedicated to women worldwide, voted on by the organisers in the Middle East. It aims to recognise achievers from all walks of life whose have laid a legacy and a remarkable impact in their living society.
In its fourth year, awards was presented to 11 female figures from various countries, including the US, the Arab world, the UK, Monaco, and Puerto Rico.
Among them, Bella Vũ was the sole representative from Việt Nam and also the youngest recipient. The award was signed by Remigio Maradona, the Secretary-General of the IIMSAM organisation under the United Nations, and Iris Rodriguez, the Goodwill Ambassador of the UK.
Other recipients included many celebrities like Miss Universe Paraguay 2021 and the first runner-up at Miss Universal 2021, Nadia Ferreira, who is also the wife of renowned singer Marc Anthony and Carolina Cuartas, the president of the Universal Woman pageant.
This is the second year that Bella Vũ has had the honour of receiving The Orion Star Awards. This year’s award ceremony was held in Rome, Italy on February 23.
She was awarded the title of Young Goodwill Ambassador by the IIMSAM organisation under the United Nations since 2022. The 16-year-old student, along with the members of the Bellalove Foundation, has conducted many humanitarian activities in the fields of education, healthcare, and the well-being of vulnerable individuals in Việt Nam.

The commemorative book of The Orion Star Awards in 2024 wrote: "IIMSAM Youth Goodwill Ambassador and Miss Eco Teen International 2021, Bella Vũ is donating meals to paediatric patients.
"Using her earnings as an MC for HTV Television, she’s providing warm, nutritious meals to children at the Children’s Hospital. Collaborating with volunteers from the Bella Love Foundation, she plans to deliver 750 meals on January 24, 2024.
"On January 4, 2024, Bella and her team provided 100 meals to patients in the Oncology Department at Phạm Ngọc Thạch Hospital in Hồ Chí Minh City. Bella’s gestures embody warmth, vibrancy, and joy.” VNS
