Lanterns for Mid-Autumn Festival

Locals in the northern province of Tuyên Quang are busy preparing giant lanterns for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The Tuyên Citadel Festival has been a tourism magnet attracting visitors to the mountainous city for almost 20 years.
