QUẢNG NAM — Quảng Nam Province has begun construction of the Hội An Royal Residences project, with total investment of VNĐ1 trillion (US$44.2 million) in Cẩm An Commune in the suburbs of Hội An City.
The province said the project is funded by the Hoàng Gia Hội An company, and covers 70ha near Cửa Đại beach and the Cổ Cò River.
The project will be built in two phases with 44 villas, 87 shop villas, condotels and resorts.
It’s one of the biggest tourism property projects to be built in Hội An city this year.
Last year, the province began construction of the Nam Hội An Integrated Resort Project, invested by VinaCapital and Gold Yield Enterprises Corporations in coastal Thăng Bình and Duy Xuyên districts with total investment of $4 billion between 2016 and 2035. — VNS
