On July 20th 2021, the Prime Minister of Vietnam enacted Decision No. 1276/QD-TTg on approval of the “Improving quality of life for persons with disabilities in provinces heavily sprayed with Agent Orange” project (hereafter referred to as “Inclusion Project”), which is funded by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The National Action Centre for Toxic Chemicals and Environmental Treatment (NACCET) – Ministry of National Defence is the project owner. Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP), a local NGO, is an implementing partner of the Inclusion Project. Under Objective 4 of the Inclusion Project, NACCET, in cooperation with USAID and CSIP, shall organise a study tour for Vietnam delegation from Hanoi, Vietnam to Oregon, USA from September 4th to September 15th 2023.

Purpose of the package: Provision of programmatic and logistic supports for the organisation of a study tour for NACCET delegation to Oregon and Washington DC, USA on September 4th – 15th 2023.

Scope of work: 

The potential bidders can choose to submit one, two or all the three activities as below: 

-   Activity 1. Programmatic supports for the programme in Oregon

-   Activity 2. Logistic supports (for both the group in Oregon and the group in Washington DC)

-   Activity 3. Airways travel arrangements
