Enterprises donate to help battle the pandemic

Many enterprises have donated large sums of money to the national COVID-19 vaccine fund following Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính’s appeal to all citizens, local and foreign businesses and organisations to contribute. They have also provided great support to localities in combating the pandemic.


Should the 31st SEA Games be cancelled?

Việt Nam is slated to hold the 31st Southeast Asian (SEA) Games and the 11th ASEAN Para Games 11 in November and December this year. Organising these events is an opportunity to promote Việt Nam, but in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the region's biggest sporting event is under threat.

Domestic tourism development needs proper planning: expert

The National Forum on Domestic Tourism 2021 hosted by the Việt Nam Tourism Association (VITA), Ninh Bình Province’s Tourism Department and other agencies opens on April 15  in the northern province of Ninh Bình, gathering some 500 participants including representatives from the culture ministry, tourism management agencies and leading tourism firms.
