Ingredients:
⁃ American lobster tail
⁃ Mustard seed
⁃ Olive oil
⁃ Coriander
⁃ Yellow lime
⁃ Shallots
⁃ Black pepper, salt
⁃ Tamarillo
Rare lobster in lime juice |
Method:
- Soak lobster tail in icy water for 5 minutes then dry with cloth
- Dice lobster tail, shallots, and tamarillo; chop coriander
- Mix all ingredients with lime juice, salt, black pepper, and olive oil
- Present on rice crackers, decorate, and serve
