HÀ NỘI — Jutatip Maneephan of Thailand secured a second stage win in a row yesterday after she finished first in stage eight of the International Women’s Cycling Bình Dương Television Tournament.
On Wednesday she took the seventh stage and yesterday’s win was her fourth at the annual event.
Maneephan won the 120-km stage from Phan Thiết City of Bình Thuận Province to Vũng Tàu City, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province with a time of 3hrs 09.04.
Bùi Thị Quỳnh of Biwase Bình Dương came second and Phạm Lê Xuân Hồng of Gạch Phân Bón Con Voi third.
After eight stages, Nguyễn Thị Thi (Gạo Hạt Ngọc Trời An Giang) led the tour with 20:16.10. Miyoko Karami (Biwase Bình Dương) and Nguyễn Thị Thu Mai (Gạo Hạt Ngọc Trời An Giang) were second and third, respectively.
The team ranking saw Biwase Bình Dương on top. They were followed by Gạo Hạt Ngọc Trời An Giang and the Netherland team.
The final 115-km stage today is from Vũng Tàu to Bình Dương. — VNS
