HÀ NỘI — Vietnamese Đặng Nam claimed a bronze medal at the Szombathely World Challenge Cup 2016, which closed yesterday in Hungary.

Nam finished third in the men’s rings, as his performance was awarded 15.033 points.

Ali Zahran of Egypt took the gold with 15.233, and Chinese Zhang Yunlong earned a silver medal with 15.200.

The Cup attracted senior athletes competing in the men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics disciplines from October 7-9 at the Arena Savaria in Szombathely City. — VNS
