HÀ NỘI — After only one football season, Hà Nội T&T have terminated their contract with former Paris Saint-Germain striker Loris Arnaud.
Arnaud joined T&T at the end of 2015, signing a three-year contract. He was expected to become one of the team’s key players and had a bright start with three goals in nine matches. However, he has since been sidelined after suffering from injuries that prevented him from reaching his top goalscoring form.
Arnaud, 28, was a member of PSG from 2007 to 2012 before moving to Clermont and Anger on loan contracts. He was transferred to Chernomorets Burgas in 2013 and then Orleans a year later.
Hà Nội T&T said it would try to find another foreign player to replace Arnaud by next year. — VNS
