Nguyễn Thành Tâm added another stage win after his triumph yesterday at the HCM City Television Cycling Cup.
Tâm of An Giang completed the 11th stage, 45km around Quy Nhơn City, with a time of 1hr 2.18min.
Huỳnh Thanh Tùng of Military Zone 7 came in second, followed by Lê Văn Duẩn of VUS HCM City.
With the win, Tâm strengthens his top position in the overall rankings and increases his lead over his rivals.
Tâm now has three jerseys: yellow, green and polka dot. His team replaces VUS HCM City in the team ranking.
They made history at the annual tournament by holding all four titles at the same time.
The 12th stage is from Quy Nhơn to Tuy Hòa of Phú Yên Province on 116 km. – VNS
