Hoa Sen University rated four-star by UK rating system

HCM CITY — Hoa Sen University has been accredited with four out of five stars by the UK’s Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Stars university rating system.

HSU underwent a rigorous and independent data collection and analysis of performance metrics as set out in the QS Stars methodology.

The QS Stars standards include assessment criteria for teaching; employability; academic development; internationalization; facilities; social responsibility; arts & culture; and a bachelor's in Arts Marketing.

Among these criteria, HSU excelled at the maximum of five stars for employability and for arts & culture.

The university’s rate of students getting jobs in the last two years reached 90 per cent. It has many employment assistance programmes for its students, and many art and cultural programmes also have been organised.

In 2015, the university was the first in Việt Nam accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programmes for five majors: marketing, business administration, human resource management, and finance- banking.

The university's programmes in English Language and hotel management have been accredited by the ASEAN University Network - Quality Assurance. — VNS
