VN reports no new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday evening

Việt Nam has recorded no new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday evening, the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control announced.

HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam has recorded no new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday evening, the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control announced.

That means the total amount of people who have contracted coronavirus remains at 267, with 171 of those making a full recovery.

Of those, 160 are Vietnamese nationals who have returned home from overseas and 107 cases are infected within the community.

There are 68,049 people currently in quarantine. Among these, 471 people are being monitored at hospitals, 11,413 people are quarantined at centres or other establishments and 56,413 are self-quarantined at home. — VNS
