Man missing

After prolonged rains caused flooding in Móng Cai City in the northern coastal province of Quảng Ninh last Saturday, one person was reported missing and dozens of cargo steel boats sank on the Ka Long River in the city.
The man, born in 1998, from Ka Long Commune was reportedly swept away while riding a basket boat on the river after heavy rains, which took place from Saturday night to early Sunday morning. Local agencies are still trying to find the man.
