HCM CITY — The HCM City’s People’s Committee has urged the city’s Department of  Planning and Architecture to complete its plan to open three more pedestrian streets.

The city’s People’s Committee has asked the department to open a pedestrian area on Lê Lợi Street (extending from 23/9 Park to HCM City Opera House), which would connect with Nguyễn Huệ pedestrian street.
