The list of people receiving support will be published at local people's committees and on bulletin boards and information groups in each area.
District leaders will use their administrator accounts in the SafeID Delivery app to monitor progress.
According to statistics from the department, during the fourth wave of the pandemic the city rolled out several support packages and spent more than VNĐ12 trillion to aid over 8.8 million people.
