Việt Nam sends congratulatory messages to Ukraine on 33rd Independence Day

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee and President Tô Lâm sent a congratulatory message to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

HÀ NỘI — On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine's Independence Day (August 24, 1991 - 2024), General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee and President Tô Lâm has sent a congratulatory message to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính also extended a congratulatory message to Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal, and National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn sent a congratulatory message to Chairman of Ukraine Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk.

On this occasion, Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Bùi Thanh Sơn also sent a congratulatory message to Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba. — VNS
