National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn cabled messages of congratulations to President of the Senate Kamala Harris and Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson.

On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bùi Thanh Sơn extended congratulations to Secretary of State Antony Blinken. — VNS
