Next Week: Demolising illegal-built villas: wasteful or not?

Recently, citizens around the city are talking about dozens of villas costing billions of đồng that have been constructed in Ba Vì District in the outskirts of Hà Nội without licences from the authorised agencies. As the city Government investigates the case, the public has been discussing how they feel the villas should be dealt with. Some suggest demolishing them to deter their creators from doing it again, but others say that would be wasteful.
