HCM CITY — The "Việt Nam: 25 Years of Documenting a Changing Country" photography exhibition and talk will be held at 5.30pm on October 3 at The American Center on 34 Lê Duẩn Street in HCM City’s District 1.

National Geographic photographer Catherine Karnow will display her work and talk about the changes she has witnessed in Việt Nam from 1990 to the present day.

A celebrated photographer in Việt Nam, Catherine’s images and stories go under the surface to reveal surprising truths.

Her images chronicle the early 1990s to Việt Nam’s opening to the world in the mid-nineties, to modern-day Việt nam and its frenetic fast-forward pace toward the future.

Only people aged 16 years old and older are allowed admission to the centre. — VNS
