HÀ NỘI — Many popular restaurants and chefs nationwide will introduce their signature vegan dishes at a festival at Thống Nhất Park from November 1-3.

As a combination of exhibition, amusement, culinary and shopping destination, the vegan festival is expected to inspire attendees to adopt a vegan lifestyle.

In addition to being a vegan festival featuring nearly 1,000 dishes, the event is also a day for participants to relax, enjoy nature and contemplate artistic works and creative models showcasing love for the Earth.

Various musical performances featuring songs about nature and animals will also be included within the three-day event, which is expected to welcome 30,000 visitors.
