Park Hyatt Saigon will introduce an exclusively distinct dining experience, while preserving its personalised services and international standards by inviting guests to meet the smallest chef in the world - Le Petit Chef from 30th August onwards.

HCM CITY  — Park Hyatt Saigon will introduce an exclusive and distinct dining experience while preserving its personalised services and international standards by inviting guests to meet the smallest ‘chef’ in the world, Le Petit Chef, from 30th August.

For the first time in Việt Nam, Le Petit Chef, a feast for the senses and the hotel’s new and innovative two-hour dining concept, will bring visual mapping to the diner’s table, using cutting-edge 3D visual technology to present the story of a small animated chef who is projected onto diners’ plates to cook the food right in front of their eyes.

Prepare yourself to be delightfully immersed in a continuous 3D-projected tale paired with sophisticated themed music, table patterns, props and decorations along with each chapter of the story.

Upon setting foot in Square One, guests will find themselves surrounded by a modern, trendy and residential atmosphere with impressive, excellently designed spaces.

Le Petit Chef – Marco Polo edition will take up a three-month residency in the Kitchen Room of the hotel’s Square One restaurant with the following schedule.

On Wednesdays lunch is at noon-2pm and dinner is at 6:30pm-8:30pm.

On Thursdays, lunch is at noon-2pm and 1st show dinner at 6:00pm-8:00pm, while the 2nd show dinner is at 8:30pm-10:30pm.

On Friday, lunch is at 12:00 - 2pm and 1st show dinner at 6:00pm- 8:00pm and  2nd show dinner at 8:30pm - 10:30pm.

On Saturday, lunch takes place  at 12:00 - 2pm and 1st show dinner at 6:00pm - 8:00pm and 2nd show dinner at 8:30pm - 10:30pm.

On Sunday, lunch is held  at 12:00 - 2pm and dinner at 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Guests can choose from ticket packages including the Business Class five-course menu at VNĐ 2.3 million with wine pairing at VNĐ1.5 million or upgrade to First Class for the premium five-course menu version at VNĐ3.45 million with wine pairing at VNĐ2.5 million.
