Japanese film week in Đà Nẵng to screen 11 movies

A selection of 11 Japanese films will be introduced during the Japanese film programme in Đà Nẵng at Lê Độ Cinema, 46 Trần Phú Street, from January 5-7th and 13-14th.

ĐÀ NẴNG — Eleven Japanese films will be screened at the Lê Độ Cinema in the Đà Nẵng from January 5-7 and 13-14 as part of an annual cultural exchange programme between Japan and the central city.  

The Việt Nam-Japan Culture Exchange Centre said the films, produced between 2015-2017, will be screened for free.

The Japanese film week will screen Sweet Bean, Her Love Boils Bathwater, Long Excuse, Rudolf the Black Cat, Reflection, Tora-san of Goto, Tsukiji Wonderland, Daytime Shooting Star, ReLIFE, Survival Family, Hannouji Hotel in English with Vietnamese subtitles.

The Lê Độ Cinema is located on 46, Trần Phú Street.

More than 400,000 Japanese tourists, the second largest foreign group, visited Đà Nẵng in 2016.

Direct flights have been launched between Đà Nẵng, Osaka and Narita to boost tourism between destinations in central Việt Nam and Japan. — VNS
