HÀ NỘI — There will be 200 booths featuring delicacies from Việt Nam and other countries at the International Food Fest 2017, to be held in Hà Nội from April 7 to 9.
The event, which will be held at Royal City in Hà Nội’s Thanh Xuân District, will also see food competitions, games and musical performances.
One of the most promoted activities at the fest, which has been organised to boost Vietnamese tourism, culture and entertainment, is the participation of Vietnamese American celebrity chef Jack Lee, known for his cookery show “Taste of Vietnam”. Lee will cook up a number of traditional Vietnamese dishes at the event.
Besides Lee, several local and foreign cooks and bartenders from well-known resorts, hotels and restaurants will participate in the fest.
The organisers expect to attract 45,000 visitors to the fest.
A free return Grab car taxi service will be sponsored for guests during the three days of the event.
