Vietnamese chefs will present 80 traditional dishes and seafood delights to Vietnamese and foreign tourists at the Việt Nam Night Dinner at Café Indochine Restaurant on National Day  on September 2nd.

ĐÀ NẴNG — Vietnamese chefs will present 80 traditional dishes and seafood delights to Vietnamese and foreign tourists during the Việt Nam Night Dinner at Café Indochine Restaurant at Furama Resort Đà Nẵng.

Visitors can enjoy dinner and an open kitchen that features chefs cooking in front of guests. A wide range of seafood will be featured, including lobsters, oysters, salmon, beef, pork, chicken and vegetable options. The buffet setting is a luxurious infinity courtyard with piano and 16-chord zither music.

Dinner will be served from 6–10pm on September 2-4.

Local chefs will also cook a Vietnamese lunch with regional specialties prepared on the spot, including spring rolls, chilled noodles with sauted duck and bamboo shoots, braised lemongrass and chili beef chunks, and Đà Nẵng seafood hand rolls.

These gastronomic events will offer tourists Vietnamese flavour and lifestyle in honour of the 71st anniversary of National Day of Việt Nam on September 2. — VNS
