The Goethe Institute will welcome spring with a recital this year.

Azerbaijan and Việt Nam share several cultural similarities despite the distance which separates the two countries, said participants at the recent conference entitled The Parallels of Azerbaijani and Vietnamese Cultures.

A new book on the late President Hồ Chí Minh was released today in HCM City to celebrate the president’s 126^th birthday on May 19.

After 30 years of working abroad, Nguyễn Ái Quốc (the pseudonym of President Hồ Chí Minh) returned to Việt Nam in January 1941. He led the revolutionary movement from the front and gained independence for the Vietnamese people.

 House No 48 on Hàng Ngang Street in Hà Nội, where President Hồ Chí Minh wrote the Declaration of Independence that gavebirth to the Democratic Republic of Viet Nam on September 2, 1945, has been listed among the nation’s special historical and cultural sites.

Two major photo exhibitions opened in HCM City on Tuesday to celebrate the 126^th birthday of former President Hồ Chí Minh.

The HCM City Ballet and Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO) will grace the city with a concert to celebrate the 126^th  birthday of President Hồ Chí Minh, May 19.       

Dressed in their most beautiful clothes, more than 12,000 migrant workers in Bình Phước Province’s Bắc Đồng Phú Industrial Park attended a special concert last Sunday featuring a message of sharing and happiness. 

The exhibition, which drew the participation of wildlife photographers from all over Việt Nam, including Đà Nẵng, aims to raise awareness for the protection of the endangered langur in the Sơn Trà Nature Reserve in this city.
